Ohio officer Jason Deaton got a big surprize when he made this regular routine traffic stop, as the driver of the vehicle became enraged very fast and attacks him punching the officer in the face several times leaving him now needing face reconstructive surgery. Lucky for Deaton that backup came to his ad and both men were able to get control over the driver who is now up for on felony assault on a police officer and a $500, 000 bail.

“A former Bay Area Rapid Transit officer was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for fatally shooting an unarmed man at an Oakland subway station. Johannes Mehserle was found guilty on Thursday in the 2009 killing of 22-year-old Oscar Grant. Involuntary manslaughter carries a sentence of two to four years. Sentencing is slated for Aug. 6. Court spokesperson Alan Parachini said the sentence could be “two, or four or six years in state prison.” Story: Murder trial begins for former BART officer Story: Fatal BART shooting trial moved to L.A. The jury also found true a sentencing-enhancement that Mehserle personally used a handgun in the commission of a crime. The panel included eight women and four men. None listed their race as black. “Rapper Lil Wayne appeared before a New York judge this afternoon (February 9) where his sentencing date was officially postponed, so he could receive oral surgery on his teeth.
The rapper, who was supposed to begin serving the one-year sentence today, appeared in court flanked by his lawyer and members of the Cash Money/Young Money Records entourage.
Supreme Court Judge Charles Solomon gave the rapper almost another month of freedom to receive dental surgery and postponed his sentencing date, which is now slated for March 2.” – Allhiphop
